I've tried various marathon training regiments in the past but was never able to stick to any of them. Sometimes it was just too time consuming to track my progress. Other times I just forgot to plan for my runs getting distracted with work and life. Whatever the reason I lost my motivation as a result.
This time around it looks like the ASICS training is going to be perfect. I can easily transfer my Nike+ runs using the manual update feature and get email notifications the day before I'm scheduled to go for a run. I'm looking forward to staying focused this time around.
