Social Media: Beyond Likes and Retweets

Brian Solis and JESS3 released the updated conversation prism this week and the complexity it illustrated gave me pause. As a digital strategist this makes me excited but as an industry I think we need to answer some hard questions. We need to decide how we adjust our deliverables as more aspects of life become quantifiable. More importantly we need to ask ourselves what our moral responsibilities are moving forward.
